Sick Proof

We have been suffering from an awful cold for the past 4 days and have yet to completely recover.
With all of the germs, flus and colds being passed around make sure to sick proof your winter with Health Magazine's tips.

1. Drink warm liquids
2. Indulge in C
3. Get enough fresh juice
4. Sip on some tea
5. Wash your hands!
6. Change your pillow cases often
