We love Starbucks during the holiday season, but don't like the nutritional information that comes with many of their decadent drinks and snacks.

If you don't want to throw your day off track, check-out some Starbucks treats that are under 250 calories!

1. Birthday Cake Mini Doughnut has 130 calories and 6 grams of fat
2. Marshmallow Dream Bar has 210 and four grams of fat.
3. Petite Vanilla Bean Scone has 140 calories and five grams of fat.
4. Chicken on Flatbread with Hummus Artisan Snack Plate has 250 and nine grams of fat.
5. Starbucks Perfect Oatmeal without topping has 140 calories and two and a half grams of fat.
6. Grande Tazo Awake Brewed Tea has zero calories.
7. Grande Cappuccino with nonfat milk has 80 calories.
8. Grande Tazo Black Shaken Iced Tea has 80 calories.
9. Grande Latte with nonfat milk has 130 calories.

Oprah's Final Favorite Things

Friday marked day 1 of Oprah's infamous favorite things. From diamonds to a 7-day Caribbean cruise, Oprah did not disappoint her audience and viewers.

Monday marked day 2 of Oprah's favorite things, but came as a complete surprise to live audience members. Needless to say, medics were on set to tend to any overly excited audience members.

TGIF Cocktail Recipe

TGIF! We came across Sara Lee's Tea-Tini and wanted to share the delicious cocktail recipe to celebrate Friday.

We are always looking for different drinks to try and this refreshing mix of green tea, mixed berries, mixed-berry sparkling water, fresh mint leaves, and tequila is sure to please.

Makes: 6 drinks
1 bottle (20-ounce) green tea, chilled
2 cups frozen mixed berries
9 ounces tequila, Don Julio Especial®
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
2 cups mixed-berry sparkling water, chilled

Directions:
In a 2-quart pitcher, combine green tea, frozen berries, tequila, and mint. Add sparkling water; stir gently.

Enjoy responsibly!

Jessica Seinfeld - Double Delicious

Jessica Seinfeld has come out with her second cook book, "Double Delicious! Good, Simple Food for Busy, Complicated Lives.

The cookbook focuses on recipes "with hidden boosts of essential nutrients, purees made from wholesome ingredients, alternatives to processed sugars and flours".

NYC Marathon

This year, 42,000 runners hit the pavement for the NYC Marathon. The winners: Edna Kiplagat of Kenya took home the women's title, and Gebre Gebremariam of Ethiopia took home the men's.

This marks Edna's first major marathon title, winning with a time of 2:28:20. This was 26 year old Gebre's first NYC Marathon and he finished the course in 2:08:14. Gebre ran alone for the last two miles of the race and had a full one minute advantage over the second place winner, Emmmanuel Mutai of Kenya.

Congrats to everyone the participated in the NYC Marathon. What an achievement!

Sweet Craving? Kettle Corn!

Are you craving something sweet as you come down from all of the Halloween candy?

Check out Bethenny Frankel's recipe for Kettle Corn - a healthy sweet and salty treat.

2 tablespoons vegetable oil +
1/4 cup raw sugar +
1/2 cup popcorn kernels +
1 teaspoon salt =
Classic Kettle Corn

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat, then stir in the sugar and popcorn kernels. Cover and shake the pot constantly until popping has slowed to once every 2–3 seconds. Remove from heat, and continue to shake until the popping has stopped. Pour into a large bowl, sprinkle with salt, and allow to cool, stirring occasionally to break up large clumps. Makes 4 servings.

Back on Track Monday Morning

Are you having a candy hangover? Did you go overboard on Halloween candy?

If so, get back on track this Monday morning with a healthy well-balanced breakfast. We recommend oatmeal with soymilk, fresh blueberries, and sliced almonds or melon with cottage cheese.
