Last night, a shooting at the University of Arkansas killed 2 students and wounded a 3rd person. The shooting was first reported at 9:22 pm and occurred near a male dormitory and behind the campus police station. The campus is currently on lockdown and all classes have been cancelled. The "person of interest" is in custody. We offer our deepest sympathies to all of those affected by this awful tragedy.

Did you get the chance to catch SNL last night? Tina Fey did her well-known impression of Sarah Palin, but it was Queen Latifah's performance as moderator Gwen Ifill that caught us completely off-guard. Latifah's resemblance to Ifill was uncanny and truly genius! Ifill's response to the skit this morning on Meet the Press was, "being played by Queen Latifah is not a bad thing."

We just HAVE to comment on Kenley's behavior on last night's episode of Project Runway. Her attitude and aggressiveness has been coming to a head, so it only made sense that last night the "s*#! hit the fan!" All 3 of the other designers voted Kenley off when asked by the judges who they thought should make it to the finale at Bryant Park. 
The art collection of the late fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent, one of the finest private art collections ever, will be sold at auction with up to 300 million euros in proceeds to go to charity. The collection was gathered over decades by Saint Laurent and his partner Pierre Berge and will feature masterpieces by Picasso, Matisse, Degas, as well as art deco treasures and ancient Roman and baroque sculptures. The sale will be held at Christie's in Paris on February 23 to February 25, 2009.
