Sin-less Strawberry Cheesecake
Who doesn't love strawberry cheesecake?
Well, your waistline probably isn't the biggest fan... BUT with this "skinny" recipe, you can enjoy a classic desert without the guilt.
2lbs strawberries
8oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 full sheets graham crackers, crushed
Directions:
1. Cut the tops off the strawberries and, using a paring knife, hollow out the insides.2. Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla together in a bowl, then transfer to a piping or ziploc bag. Snip the corner off the bag and pipe filling into the strawberries, allowing the filling to come a little over the top of the berry.
3. Pour the crushed graham crackers into a shallow dish or bowl. Dip the exposed top of the cheesecake stuffed strawberry into the crumbs.
4. Place into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
We made these Tuesday night and were absolutely in love! Check out the picture above (taken from the batch we made).

Business Professional in the Heat
Here is our tip on what to wear to work in this heat.
A knee length skirt is a great way to look polished but also stay cool. Our favorite is from BCBG.
Pair your tailored skirt with a silk short sleeve blouse or trendy blouse. Your arms are covered, but not too covered for this heat and adds polish to your outfit. We again recommend anything BCBG because most of their blouses can be transitioned to be a going out outfit when paired with jeans or skinny pants. For something more budget friendly, we recommend anything on sale at Ann Taylor.
Complete your summer work look with a great pair of black patent wedges, heels or flats. We live in our black patent eddie ballet flats by Tory Burch!

Sandwich Bar
We branched out last night to try a new restaurant/cafe in the "milk district" of Orlando, Florida - The Sandwich Bar.
The Sandwich Bar is a place "where herbivore and carnivore can dine together and not eat each other". We loved it!
We ordered "Captain Lloyd's Tuna Salad Sandwich" and our friend ordered the "Pilgrim". We split the two sandwiches so that we could have the best of both worlds. The tuna was served on a delicious multigrain baguette and had the perfect amount of mayonnaise (not too much) and the "Pilgrim" was a warm turkey sandwich that left us wanting more.
Oh, and we didn't mention the best part... Organic fresh pressed juice! Finally a restaurant in town that serves fresh juices. We enjoyed the #3 - carrot, apple, celery and watermelon. Yum!
Prices were reasonable and the quality was excellent. We recommend and support the Sandwich Bar. We will be trying the "Healthy Butt" on our next visit ;)

Press the Reset Button
After a long holiday weekend of eating and drinking, we are setting the reset button. Today we go back to work and need to go back to our healthier lifestyle.
Our reset guide:
* Enjoy a good breakfast - A cup of non-fat yogurt with strawberries and blueberries (yogurt is a great source of protein and berries are good antioxidants)
* Get moving - Go on an early morning walk or an evening walk. If you can't make either of those work, get up from your desk and walk around for 30 minutes.
* Hydrate - Drink water! We know we didn't get hardly enough water over the holiday weekend.
* Get green - make sure to sneak in fortifying greens. Add them to your lunch salad or wrap or as a side dish for dinner.
* Sleep well - get a full night of sleep.
