Detox Salad

Cabbage is a healthy food that everyone tends to avoid, but it makes a great alternative to lettuce and is really good for you. Cabbage is great for detoxifying your liver (we all need that after the holidays and NYE) and is loaded with phytonutrients, which work to clear free radicals and toxins from our systems. It is also high in vitamin C and K and high in fiber.

So now that you know how great cabbage is, you need to figure out how to enjoy a dish with cabbage without saying blaghhhh. So here is the recipe that will help you!
