We came across a delicious autumn breakfast recipe for a pumpkin pie cheesecake breakfast bowl (courtesy of "peanut butter fingers").Blend the following:
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
Sweetener, to taste
Pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon, to taste
Blend ingredients with an immersion blender and top with nutmeg. Enjoy!
