Travel Tip - Flat Iron Your Clothes
We are lost without our flat iron. One's flat iron can transform frizzy hairy to be silky and straight while also doubling as a curling iron to create a beachy wave look.
BUT... your flat iron can also do the in a pinch trick of smoothing out wrinkles in your clothes. This definitely comes in handy when you travel. If an ironing board and iron aren't available or you are in a rush, start your flat iron off with a low temperature and adjust as needed while you straighten out your clothes.

Gisele Announces P&G Switch to Eco Packaging
Gisele Bündchen, Pantene's spokeswoman in her home country of Brazil, announced today that Procter & Gamble will be making some changes. Over the next two years, look for the packaging for Pantene Pro-V, CoverGirl, and Max Factor (if you're outside the US) to go green. In lieu of the more traditional petroleum-based plastic, packaging will be made from renewable Brazilian sugarcane.
P&G is a leader in the personal care market, so the fact that they are making this shift leads us to believe that the market is also beginning to make a shift towards greener practices.

Chanel Take Out
It is always interesting to see what designers produce each year. Who will produce the next trend and who will produce the next "must have" item of the season.
The bag is inspired by Chinese take-away boxes, made with metallic fabric and finished off with a classic leather and metal chain strap. Unbelievable, this bag is sold out! The price was $7,500.
When it comes to trend setting and "must haves" Chanel hits the mark. However, Chanel's Shanghai accessories collection caught our attention with their playful "Take Away Box Bag".
While we love Chanel, we are shocked that this item is a "sold out" item, especially considering the price tag. Would you ever spend $7,500 on a handbag? Let us know under "comments".

There are 1,00s of beauty products on the market aimed at moisturizing your lips, elbows, heels, etc. Many of these beauty products range from $35 to $100s. Who wants to spend money on products they aren't sure will fix their problem or work for their skin type?
Our beauty tip/trick for moisture and skin and/or scar repair is the original Vaseline petroleum jelly. Use this on your lips and we promise you will see major results in just a couple of days, if not sooner. Dab some on your elbows before bed time and you will wake up with smoother softer skin.
One of the best parts of this product, the price! You can pick up a 3.75 oz jar of Vaseline for $2.99 at CVS. A beauty product that can be used in multiple ways, that works, and is only $2.99!
