Everyone is speculating when, where, and what regarding Chelsea Clinton's wedding. She was spotted "incognito" going into Vera Wang yesterday and the picture has circulated far and wide (see above). WWD published the photo with the title "Here Comes the Bride".
According to reports, Clinton was doing a complete dress rehearsal for her wedding day - hair, makeup, and the dress.
