Tummy Ache...? Try These

Everyone has the occasional upset stomach, which can cause a great deal of pain or discomfort. Try the foods listed below to ease a belly ache. 

1. Rice
2. Ginger
3. Lemon Juice in Hot Water
4. Yogurt
5. Oatmeal

Do you ever consume the foods listed above for stomach comfort? What have you found to be the best remedy? Ginger works the best for us! Raw ginger candy or ginger tea is our go-to for any stomach upset.
