The man with the insurable taste buds... Gennaro Pelliccia. Pelliccia tastes samples of each batch of the raw coffee beans that will be roasted and then served at coffee shops worldwide for Costa Coffee.
"In my profession my taste buds are crucial. My 18 years of experience enable me to distinguish between thousands of flavors. My taste buds also allow me to search out any defects," says Pelliccia.
