"Work Out and Drink Up"
Time Magazine is reporting the benefits of working out and drinking moderately. The healthy formula = moderate exercise (at least 30 min to 1 hr a day) + moderate alcohol consumption.
Dr. Morten Gronbaek has found that people who don't drink at all and don't exercise had the highest risk of heart disease! People who drink moderately and exercise had a 50% lower risk. However, before you rush off to the bar, this tends to apply to men and women ages 45 + ...
If you fit the profile, go ahead..."work out and drink up!"
