Holiday BBQ~Hold the Calories!

Want to indulge without compromising your weight? Celebrating 4th of July on the lighter side is EASY...just follow these tips for a delicious cookout that won't harm your bikini body the next day:

- Replace hamburgers with lean turkey burgers; jazz them up with seasonings, BBQ and hot sauces, and even oats or cranberries!
- Replace regular burger buns with multi-grain buns or even whole grain english muffins!
- Skip the white potatoes and buy sweet potatoes instead~ boil for 20 min., cool, slice, and grill with olive oil, rosemary, and sea salt...and voila, heavenly sweet potato fries!
- Grill an assortment of veggies~ we like squash, eggplant, tomatoes, asparagus, and zucchini!
- Don't even think about skipping dessert...replace ice cream with frozen yogurt, and top with grilled fruit, honey, or even chocolate sauce!
