Crocs vs. Skechers

Crocs Inc. has brought a patent and trade dress lawsuit against Skechers USA Inc. According to the documents filed in the U.S. District Court for Colorado in Denver, Skechers' footwear is mimicking Crocs' designs and logos. Sketchers' states, "we believe that this lawsuit is completely without merit and will vigorously defend ourselves against such baseless accusations."

Take a look at the 2 designs (the black shoe is by Skechers and the green shoe is by Crocs) and post your thoughts under "comments."

yes they are a copy of the cros but look at many other fashion items..there are many out there than can be considered a direct copy...they cannot stop sketchers just like one company cannot stop another for making a black dress that looks "similar"
