TIPS

Everyone knows break-ups are hard...but there are several things that you can do to help yourself forget about "the EX."

1. Plan a girls night out-get all dressed up and go out for a night of fun with the people who care about you
2. Go to a kick boxing class and punch it all out of you... or go to yoga and put it out of sight out of mind
3. Enjoy a favorite of most- sour patch kids :)
4. Focus on your work
